Short-Term Rehab/Sub-Acute Care
With the goal of returning home we are able to offer resident-centered care short-term rehabilitation services with around the clock skilled nursing care through our facility.
Short-Term Respite Care
With the goal of providing temporary relief for a primary caregiver, we offer Short-Term Respite Care. This allows the primary caregiver to take a break, to travel or whatever their need is, while ensuring their loved one continues to receive the necessary care they need.
Hospice
We work closely with AseraCare Hospice Care, based out of Kearney, NE to bring our residents comfort and a better quality of life through personalized care plans that may include Nursing Care and Pain and Symptom Management.
Skilled Nursing/Long-Term Care
Skilled Nursing Care Centers, also known as Nursing Homes, provide 24-hour care with extended medical services for our seniors. We offer a range of services that are centered around your lifestyle and dedicate ourselves to provide compassionate and secure care to enhance quality of life.

Our skilled nursing home offers various amenities to make each resident's stay as comfortable as possible. From the inviting courtyard with a shaded carport and grilling area, to our gardening beds where residents can grow vegetables and flowers over the summer; we prioritize the well-being of our residents.
We believe in a holistic approach to care for our residents. Our nursing home not only provides essential medical care but also weekly beauty shop duties to create a sense of comfort and happiness for our residents. From trims and cuts to washing, styling/ironing and perms. Our experienced staff offers a variety of beauty services designed to help our residents feel their best. We strive to create an environment where our residents can relax, socialize, and enjoy the simple pleasures of life.
