Meet some of the Team Members
The following members of our team are crucial to our puzzle. They make up the corner, and some center, pieces of our puzzle. These professionals work together to bring all of our pieces together to form our big picture, COMPASSIONATE, RESIDENT-CENTERED CARE.

Administrator/ Human Resources
Roni Boeser, OT
As the administrator of our nursing home, Roni, takes pride in ensuring that the CGLC Mission, Vision and Values are upheld through personal relationships, effective and economic operation across all departments, providing quality leadership and supervision.

Director of Nursing
Kenzie Kulp, RN
Creating a healthy and happy environment for our residents is at the forefront of everything we do at our nursing home. As the Director of Nursing, Kenzie is responsible for the oversight and direction of the Nursing Department. She not only is a dedicated and full time nurse but she also works closely with the Administrator and all Department Leaders in order to achieve the goals we set forth. The DON interacts with the residents regularly, including their families, and ensure the quality of care and services are meeting their expectations and the residents' needs. Kenzie is dedicated to making sure our team of nurses are well-equipped and able to provide the best care for our residents, from developing comprehensive care plans to providing ongoing support. We strive to create a home where everyone feels safe, comfortable, and well-cared for.

Business Office Manager/Human Resources
Jacqueline Owens
We are committed to ensuring that our residents receive the highest quality of care, and that includes making sure that all billing is done accurately and efficiently. Jacque is responsible for and oversees the facility's billing, accounts receivable and collection activities. She also ensures that the census is balancing by working closely with the Administrator, the DON and the Admissions Coordinator.
Jacque also handles Human Resources, recruiting and onboarding of new employees while also working closely with the Compliance Manager on education and the regulatory requirements for LTC staff.

Social Services Director/Admissions Coordinator
Carly Reicheneker, CNA
Carly, as our Social Services Designee is an advocate for our residents. She ensures that our team is able to, and are, providing individualized care with compassion and professionalism. Social Services is responsible for ensuring that the physical needs are met, along with psychological, social, emotional and spiritual ones as well. Carly works closely with the Administrator, DON, MDS and BOM to make sure that every day living with us feels like a good life.

MDS Coordinator
Jennifer McCormick, LPN
Our MDS coordinator plays a crucial role in our mission to consistently deliver exceptional care to our residents. Through detailed resident and nurse assessments, we are able to create individualized care plans that cater to the unique needs of each resident. Jen also assesses and evaluates the quality of care being given to long-term care residents and is the main personnel that performs the initial interview of new residents. She works closely with the Social Services Designee, the DON and the BOM.

Dietary Manager
Cassy DeLosh
Cassy ensures that every meal is prepared with the freshest ingredients, and that our residents receive the nutrition they need to maintain a healthy and happy lifestyle. From breakfast, lunch and dinner, we offer a wide variety of meals that cater to every dietary requirement and taste preference. Our goal is to ensure that our residents receive the best possible care and attention, and that includes providing them with quality meals that they enjoy.

Activities Director
Tammy Coons
At our facility, we prioritize the happiness of our residents. Our activities director takes the time to get to know each resident personally and what they use to enjoy before living in a nursing home. Whether it's attending religious services, playing bingo, or engaging in an arts and crafts class, we make sure that our residents have activities that they look forward to, day in and day out.

Maintenance
Bill Speer
Our maintenance man is trained to make sure that residents have everything they need to enjoy a high quality life. He helps with tasks like fixing bathroom sinks, repainting rooms, and making sure appliances are in working order. Whatever the request, Bill does his best to accommodate our residents. We know that small changes, like replacing a light bulb or fixing a leaky faucet can make a big difference in their day-to-day comfort.

EVS Manager
Michelle Brestel
We believe that the little things matter, especially when it comes to taking care of our residents. Our EVS team is committed to providing a clean and sanitary environment in which they can thrive. In addition to keeping our facilities spotless, we also take care of our residents’ daily laundry needs. Our staff meticulously folds or hangs each piece of clothing according to their preferences, ensuring that they feel at home every single day.
